YOGA

A young woman with blonde hair wearing a loose, green button-up shirt stands by the water, with her right arm lifted and bent over her head, and her left arm raised, holding her right hand. She gazes at the camera with a neutral expression, standing outdoors against a cloudy sky and ocean in the background.

Why Yoga

To me, yoga is more than just physical movement – it’s about understanding the connection between body and mind. Through the practice of asana, we can learn how to nurture this connection and improve both our physical and mental health.

In my teaching, I combine Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation – as I learned during my teacher training in India – and add my own flow to it. The practice of Hatha Yoga is more than 5,000 years old and focuses on the correct execution of each asana, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

I deeply believe that yoga should be for everybody. So if you’ve always wanted to start practicing but something was holding you back (injuries, etc.), feel encouraged to contact me for 1:1 sessions. Together, we can find out which asanas work for you and how you can incorporate your own yoga practice into your life.
